Eligibility
IBPS PO Jobs in Bank recruitment has following Eligibility Conditions. Please be sure of the eligibility condition for the recruitment. Because your candidature will not be accepted if you do not comply with any one of the eligibility conditions.
Age Eligibility Requirement
The maximum eligible age IBPS PO is as below.
The Age of the Candidate Should be between 20 to 30 Years. i.e. A candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1993 and not later than 01.08.2003 (both dates inclusive)
Relaxation in Age Limit
The Relaxation is Maximum Age Limit is extended as per the criteria below for different category of Candidates.

Educational Qualification
Candidates should have passed Any Degree or its equivalent Educational Qualification approved by Central Government for Probationary Officer recruitment.
The Educational Qualification should have been completed in a Government recognized universities and the final results should have been declared before 21-08-2023.

IBPS PO Selection Process
The Selection Process for IBPS PO has three Stages as below
- Preliminary Examination
- Mains Examination
- Interview
Preliminary Examination
The Preliminary Examination is a computer Based test for 60 minutes. The Structure of the examination is as below
There is Negative Mark equal to 0.25 of the Mark for the respective question.
2. Mains Examination
The pattern for Mains Examination is given in below table. The Mains Exam Consists of both Objective Type Questions and Descriptive Paper (Letter Writing and Essay Writing).
Similar to Preliminary Examination There is Negative Mark equal to 0.25 of the Mark for the respective question.
3. Interview
The Candidates Passing the Mains Examination will be called for an interview.
The Date and Time of interview will be provided to the candidates upon passing the examination.
The interview is conducted by the IBPS PO with the help of the participating Banks.
Other Important Instructions
- Read the official notification carefully before applying for the post.
- Take a copy of the Application and Payment Receipt upon the final submit of the application for future reference.
- Have additional physical copy of passport size photograph uploaded in the application for future requirement.
- The intimation for examination and Interview will be given through SMS and E-Mail, thus keep tab of the both.
- Sort the participating banks for giving preference in posting.
- The Examination conducted is for the Participating Banks and the posting is solely decided by the IBPS.
