Eligibility
The Candidate should have following eligibility for applying for the Driver Cum Conductor post in TNSTC. Thus make sure that you have all the eligibility before applying.
Age Eligibility Requirement
The Minimum Age Requirement is 24 Years for the candidates.
The maximum eligible age limit is as below.

Educational Qualification
Candidates should posses the following Educational qualification for applying for the respective job vacancy.
- Candidate should have Passed 10th Standard.
- The applicant should be able to Speak, Read and Write Tamil Language.
As the posting will be in Tamil Nadu state the local language proficiency is an important qualification parameter for the post.
Technical Qualification
The Candidates must posses the following Technical Qualification for applying for Driver Cum Conductor jobs in TNSTS.
- Valid Heavy Transport Driving License and Minimum 18 months of experience.
- First Aid Certificate, Badge
- Valid Conductor License obtained on or before 01.01.2023.
Also Note that Minimum 24 years of Age and 18 months Experience are not applicable to the candidates those who are passed through Institute of Road Transport (IRT).
Physical Qualification
Candidates should have the following physical qualification which are mandatory for the TNSTC recruitment 2023.
- Minimum Height 160 cm and Weight 50 kg.
- Candidate Should not have any physical deformity. The visual acuity should be within the prescribed range.
- Candidates should be free from the following defects.
- Eyesight deficiency.
- Hearing deficiency.
- Night blindness and Color blindness deficiency.
- Abnormalities of bent legs, clubbed knees and flat feet

Selection Process
The Selection for the Driver Cum Conductor post is done in three Stages. Thus the Candidates who are having the eligibility will be called for the each stage upon passing the previous stage.
